SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT KELLY GROUP

Johannesburg, 25 January 2012 – JSE-listed employment services provider Kelly Group has appointed group financial director Ferdie Pieterse as chief operating officer. Pieterse will remain an executive director of the board.

He will be succeeded by Lionel Wilson, who will also join the board, with effect from 13 February 2012. Wilson, a CA (SA), joins Kelly Group from Barnard Jacobs Mellet Holdings (BJM) where he worked for 14 years in various senior management positions including executive director responsible for finances, chief operating officer and group financial director. Prior to that, Wilson was a financial manager at Sentrachem Limited.

Kelly Group chief executive Gareth Tindall said the appointments were designed to strengthen the management team in order to support the group’s strategic growth plans. “We now have two very capable executives with strong financial backgrounds, who will help take us to the next level in our pursuit of industry leadership and further improvements in our service levels,” he said.
