REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Johannesburg, 23 February 2010 - At the ninth annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Kelly Group held today, 23 February 2010, all the resolutions were passed other than the resolution giving the directors the general authority to issue ordinary shares for cash.

The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
