In compliance with the requirements of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings requirements, Kelly Group advises herewith that Vuyi Radebe has resigned as an executive director of the Kelly Group with effect from end March 2008 to pursue his own business interests.

The board wishes to express its appreciation for Mr Radebe’s valuable contribution to the Kelly Group and wishes him every success in his future endeavours .
